With a remarkable record of 10-0-1, the girls’ soccer team has been dominating the field all season, earning the coveted #1 ranking in Class 2A. With just five games left in the regular season, including four crucial conference matchups, the team is poised to make a deep postseason run.
Sophomore, Livi Abboud-Young leads the team with 13 goals, followed by midfielder Senior Captain Sabina Peterson Rajalingam with 10 goals. On the defensive end, sophomore, Reese Affedt has been sound as our goalkeeper with a .920 save %.
Head Coach Jocelyn Keller has worked hard to get the most out of every student on the roster.
The lone tie came in a hard-fought battle early in the season against Simley, but the team has only grown stronger since then, outscoring opponents with an impressive blend of defensive discipline and offensive firepower. Their relentless drive has been the key to their success, with standout performances from both veterans and young rising stars.

Blake Girls Soccer faces off at home tonight, 09/24 7pm vs. Providence Academy. On Thursday, the Bears will have senior night at 7pm vs. St. Paul Academy at Gordy Aamoth Jr. Stadium.
